Always locate your spa above areas that
are prone to natural or accidental flooding. Existing patios are usually the
best location for ease of access, but not always the best for aesthetics.
Sometimes a crane is needed when access is obstructed or made unusually
difficult due to foliage or wall depth. Second story patios always require a
crane or forklift.
The further the Hot Tub is from the service panel the more expensive the
installation price will be for Tub placement and electrical connection.
